Beyond his industry involvement, Frank is known for a long‑standing, hands‑on commitment to serving the community. He believes meaningful impact goes beyond financial support and is rooted in consistent, behind‑the‑scenes action that creates real opportunities for others. This philosophy continues to shape RBW’s growing community presence and outreach.

As CEO, Frank leads RBW’s growth through scalable, customer‑driven solutions and a people‑first culture. He coined RBW’s purpose statement, “creating opportunities for others to shine and grow,” which remains the foundation of the company’s strategy, culture, and community engagement.
