AUGUSTA, Ga. — RBW Logistics today announced the appointment of Chad Hall as Chief Growth Officer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to customer-centric growth and strategic alignment across its expanding organization.

In this role, Hall will lead RBW’s enterprise growth strategy, with responsibility for strengthening customer relationships and aligning the company’s sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.

With more than 35 years of leadership experience across public and private distribution environments, Hall brings a unique understanding of how operational excellence and commercial strategy work together to create long-term customer value.

As Chief Growth Officer, Hall will focus on deepening partnerships with existing customers while driving initiatives that support sustainable growth across RBW’s national logistics platform.

“Chad has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to our customers and our people,” said Frank Anderson, CEO of RBW Logistics. “His ability to connect strategy, operations, and customer experience makes him the right leader to guide our growth efforts moving forward.”

Hall’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for RBW following the expansion of its warehouse footprint through the acquisition of World Group’s warehouse business. As the company scales, his leadership will help ensure customers continue to receive a seamless and responsive experience across the organization.

“Growth isn’t just about expanding our footprint; it’s about strengthening relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences,” said Anderson. “Chad’s leadership will help us continue building on that foundation.”

As RBW continues to grow, Hall will work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure the company remains focused on delivering reliable, customer-first logistics solutions backed by strong partnerships and operational excellence.
