Taylor brings more than two decades of experience leading operations across complex 3PL and 4PL warehouse environments. Throughout his career, he has overseen multi-site distribution networks supporting retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, chemicals and hazmat, food, and cold storage customers. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Taylor will lead RBW’s operations strategy and execution across the company’s growing footprint, with a focus on operational excellence, safety, quality, service delivery, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining RBW, Taylor served as Vice President of Warehouse Operations for World Distribution Services on the East Coast, where he led a distributed network of facilities and partner sites. He was responsible for operational strategy, safety, quality, and customer service performance across multiple locations.
